Drywall Repair Process

The out-of-town landlord contacted us about a water damaged ceiling due to a previously upstairs leaky toilet. We coordinated the repair when the tenants were away on holiday break. We also provided photos before, during and after the job was completed and texted the landlord when we entered and left the property.

Repair Description:
Water damaged ceiling from leaky upstairs bathroom toilet. Tenants were away for holiday break. The damage section was replaced and the entire ceiling was repainted.

Photo provided by landlord requesting repair via text. Once the estimate is approved, the tenants are contacted to schedule the repair.

Damaged drywall is carefully removed using drywall cutter and dust extractor. Inspection was preformed and photos texted to landlord.

New drywall is installed.

Final photo after mudding and painting is completed.
